We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Insurance Sales Representative to join our team and drive the expansion of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively seek out and acquire new clients, understanding their specific insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. By building strong relationships, your aim will be to facilitate business growth and enhance our firm’s reputation in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop frontline Sales
- Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
- Appraising the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and selling the suitable protection plans
- Managing and delivering revenue target set by the company on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
- Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
- Coordinating with corporate office and relevant teams for all client related issue.
- Creating agency distribution (POSP) for the company.
- Ensuring compliance & control, following the process and providing high customer service to POSP and dealers.
- Creating 2-Wheeler OEM Business
- Overall responsible for implementation Technology adaption in the assigned territory.
- Ensure adherence to all rules and norms.
Skills Required:
- People Skills - Puts the needs of the client first.
- Goal-oriented
- In-dept understanding of business context.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stake holders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Strong presentation skills.
