Sandeep in his last assignment was a key member of Arya.ag, a leading Agritech company, heading the finance and risk function. This experience has helped him understand the nuances of startup world. Prior to this, he was with ILF&S, consulting for large agri projects and ICICI Bank in the agri and rural banking sector.
He has been recognised by Business World as one of the top 40 under 40 CFO and featured in the ET CFO Club.
He is passionate about working with the economically over-looked and the underserved population and believes that access to financial services is a key driver of economic empowerment. Setting up Finhaat and offering Suraksha, Suvidha and Samriddhi is a step towards that.
Sandeep holds a management degree from IRMA and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (Senior Executive programme)
